Descriptive Statistics Exercises

The best way to study is to attempt to do these problems on your own before looking at the answers.

These problems are continuations of the problems in the summarizing data exercise set. For each problem, find the five-number summary and the mean and standard deviation.

 

Problem 1

The data below lists the number of times the students in a class were absent.
